Shipping policy
Shipping on prepaid orders are absolutely free.
We ensure that we deliver your order as soon as possible and depending on the location and the courier partner's standard delivery time it may take around 5-7 working days for the product to reach you.
If there is festival season please note there can be a delay of 3-5 days in delivering the order .
Also please consider 2 -3 days buffer from the estimated delivery as sometimes due to national holidays/ festive season / unforseen circumstances the order gets delayed.
Please allow us 24 to 48 working hours to process your order.
Cancellation of orders or changing the shipping address/preference might affect the delivery time.
In case of cancellation kindly email us at cs-sales@mihaar.in or call us on +91-9967190361 withing 2 hours from the order placed. However, some of our orders are almost shipped immediately and therefore cancellation would not possible. In such a case the customers may need to initiate a return.
